BASE PAY $11.00-$15.00 AN HOUR

We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of our sales force, providing expert guidance and support to customers on our wide range of beauty products, services, and treatments. If you have a strong sales background, a deep understanding of the beauty industry, and a knack for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.

Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.

• Engage with customers and provide personalized recommendations and advice on our beauty products, services, and treatments, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the features, benefits, and usage of our beauty products, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge, allowing you to make informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
• Drive sales by actively promoting and cross-selling our products and services, utilizing your strong sales skills and product expertise.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor, maximizing sales opportunities and creating an inviting shopping environment.
• Process cash transactions and handle daily administrative tasks in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
• In-depth knowledge of beauty products, services, and treatments.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a strong interest in staying updated on the latest trends and innovations.
• Background in beauty therapy or cosmetology is a plus.
• On-the-job training will be provided if required.
