Responsibilities

  • Meeting individual and team sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
  • Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
  • Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
  • Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customers
  • Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
  • Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts 
  • Maintaining a clean and organized salon
  • Cash handling, opening/closing business
  • Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
  • Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day
