SALON MANAGER FULL TIME

Responsibilities:
- Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals
- Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for your employees and clients
- Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
- Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
- Maintain a clean and organized salon
- Cash handling, opening/closing business
- Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Open availability
Compensation: Combined total is about $22-$26 hourly / ($18 - $20 per hour plus commission and bonuses)
